My experience at San Ruffino was quite disappointing. The location was ideal for attending the Andrea Bocelli concert, but the property itself is in dire need of maintenance and updating. The pool area was neglected, and the quality of service left much to be desired. I also found the dining options lacking, which detracted from what could have been a lovely visit.
